If you’ve placed an order, you can cancel it as long as you haven’t made payment yet. If you’ve made payment and want to modify your order, please email us at email@example.com and let us know immediately. Modifications can only be done if the product has not yet been shipped.
Upon delivery, all sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your product or there is a discrepancy, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever we can to rectify the issue.
Any package returned to SimplyBudz by Canada Post due to a customer error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and $15 shipping (regardless of original free shipping or not).
